The Role:

We are in search of a full stack engineer to join the small, talented team at Alta.

Responsibilities:

• Build beautiful, polished, and delightful user interfaces that build trust and showcase the power of our AI technology.
• Scaling Alta’s suite of applications as we grow. Monitoring, debugging, and fixing issues in deployed applications. Improving the speed and quality of our codebase.
• Collaborating across disciplines, including design, engineering and growth.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of full stack or backend engineering experience.
• Experience with React, TypeScript, Python. Have worked with NodeJS and ideally NextJS.
• Excited about productivity, shopping.

Nice to have:

• Experience building in consumer AI, whether in a previous role or on the side (e.g. hackathons)
• Experience in growth engineering.

Location:

• In-person, NYC
• Competitive package ($150-200k base + Alta equity + healthcare benefits).
