Job Description

The Staff Pad is seeking an experienced   Commercial Roofing Project Manager   for a premier commercial roofing contractor based in   Saginaw, Texas . This role is ideal for a results-driven professional with a strong background managing complex commercial and industrial roofing projects, including new construction, reroofing, and restoration.

$100k-130k Base Depending on Experience

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage full project lifecycle for large-scale commercial roofing projects (TPO, PVC, metal, modified bitumen, etc.)

  • Coordinate with field crews, superintendents, and subcontractors to ensure safe and efficient project execution

  • Handle project documentation, submittals, schedules, budgets, and materials procurement

  • Conduct job site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, architects, and general contractors

  • Ensure compliance with project specs, building codes, and company quality standards

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3–5+ years of experience in commercial or industrial roofing project management

  • Strong understanding of low-slope and steep-slope commercial roofing systems

  • Proven ability to manage multiple high-value projects concurrently

  • Experience with submittals, change orders, RFI management, and closeout documentation

  • Proficiency with project management tools and Microsoft Office Suite

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

Bonus Qualifications:

  • OSHA 30 Certification

  • Roofing-specific certifications  (e.g., Certified Roofing Contractor, LEED Accreditation).
  • PMP certification or similar is a plus

Additional Details:

  • Field-based role with some office work

  • Requires regular travel to job sites (primarily regional)

  • Ability to climb ladders and access rooftops is essential
