Tanyigbe Senior High Old Students Association - TASOSA
This page serves as a vibrant space for all alumni to reconnect, share memories, have fun, and collaborate. It also provides a platform to mobilize support and resources to assist our beloved alma mater, while extending our network to friends and supporters of our great school.
Since its establishment in 1991, Tanyigbe Senior High School has nurtured generations of students who have grown into responsible and impactful citizens.
The vision of creating a Tanyigbe Senior High Old Students Association Network (TASOSA) has been alive for several years. Recently, a dedicated group of alumni took the bold step to bring this vision to life—leading to the launch of this website.
We believe this initiative is a powerful step toward strengthening our connection to Tanyigbe SHS and providing meaningful support to our alma mater.
We warmly invite all final-year students to see themselves as future members of TASOSA. We also encourage all former students and faculty to become active participants in this growing community. Your involvement will make a lasting impact.
With over 30 batches having completed their studies, TASOSA continues to uphold the values of excellence, discipline, and community. Their contributions serve as a beacon of hope and motivation for current students.
We extend heartfelt appreciation to all TASOSAN mothers and fathers who have lovingly nurtured and raised children since leaving the halls of Tanyigbe SHS.
We celebrate the hundreds of TASOSANS who, long before taking on roles in the public or corporate world, have faithfully served as home managers and manageresses—the unsung heroes and heroines of family life. Through dedication, sacrifice, and love, you have nurtured, disciplined, educated, and shaped children who have gone on to become leaders and changemakers across Ghana and beyond.
To every TASOSAN mother: you are a servant leader, a tender caregiver, an educator, intercessor, financial planner, nurse, cook, seamstress, diplomat, advocate, and safe haven—all rolled into one. You are the glue that holds homes together, and the heartbeat that gives life to generations.
Let us not forget that a “child” extends beyond one’s biological offspring—it includes nieces, nephews, siblings, adopted or sponsored children, and even the vulnerable you’ve chosen to care for.
Perhaps, the greatest achievement of TASOSA is not only the professionals it has produced, but the thousands of strong, educated, morally upright parents—men and women who are shaping the future one home at a time
Long live Mother TASHS!
